Homemade &local

… that’s how our family likes it. Tecla only uses natural, local ingredients in her cooking. The delicious dishes we serve in our restaurant are all made with ingredients from our region:

  • The butter, ricotta, speck and eggs are from the farm owned by Tecla’s brothers (a private farm in Campill/ Longiarù) and from “Chi Prá” farm in Badia. We also produce some of our own ricotta
  • The peppermint and elderberry juices are made by Tecla
  • The herbs and vegetables come from our own garden (in summer)

Ladin gourmet evening

… at our restaurant in Badia… interested? There’s an old saying: “You have only truly been to a place when you’ve travelled there on foot.” Tecla, the goddess of the kitchen, has her own version of this proverb: “You’ve only enjoyed your holiday with all your senses if you’ve sampled the local cuisine.” And she’s absolutely right.
